ISO 9001 2000 Headings

Here is a list of the categories and individual areas covered by ISO or QMS systems. By studying the list, you can see that every element involved in Quality Management Systems are accounted for, within the list. The list of items may not completely apply to all companies and unlike earlier ISO systems, there now exists some flexibility. Allowing any company to both, apply and succeed, in qualifying for certification of ISO 9001 2000 and apply the process to their individual company’s needs.

The value in qualifying -and complying with the practise of using this system, will promote the company’s development and confirm to all Clients, that you are capable of interacting to qualified standards of approach. This approach can not be overstated and whilst there may be some, who have ISO certification and are not making best use of its value and importance. There are many companies, who value its importance as a quality management system and prosper by their adherence. Whilst looking over the list, it may at first, seem off putting when considering the development of your company. With thoughts which you can be forgiven for thinking, ‘would my company require the majority of these elements before my business will become successful’. The answer is yes.

Tool for planning

This spreadsheet can be used for a number of applications. Its useful for a small business or home budgeting and accounts forecasting. For having a look at that mortgage deal you’ve been offered. For those budding Solicitors for handling their accounts. If your in a situation where you need to keep the Maths, the Document index and filing system in one place, this is for you.

For those looking to put a project or feasibility study together.

When I built this spreadsheet for a specific project, there were so many elements to the project that it just got out of hand. So, I hope you like it and if you do, please don’t copy and send on, allow me to have the visitor, who knows they may like the site and return. If your friends or family can make use of it, that’s great! Also if a long the way, you need a little adaptation to the object or you have an issue, drop me a line and I’ll see what I can do. Just Click . Password ‘Permitted’ will allow data input.

HOW TO USE THE TEMPLATES.

When you open the particular template sheet go to the top left hand corner and press on the corner header box. This will change the colour of the sheet high lighting the full sheet. Press the keypad to trigger the password box and enter the password. Now your ready to work with the sheet. Some sheets may require you to point precisely to the start point and then, by dragging the mouse down to the end position where you wish to but in your data.

REMEMBER when you make use of the remote access file storage and display services, you must remember to keep copies as backups. The great value in these services do not include guaranteed storage, its the individual’s responsibility to have Best Practice with their protection of valuable personal files; just remember why we have insurance on our cars and Homes -you just don’t know what might happen tomorrow!

Study techniques, Tools

Tony Buzan is an individual whose books should be read, by everyone. From preparing yourself to get back into work or education techniques or just sharpening up your feeling of confidence in the works place. Repairing your confidence in your ability. When you have begun formal studies, it is great for giving you techniques around recall for those heavy learning periods and for handling those exams. Here is a short Video of one of his tools. Buy one of his books -Making the Most of your Mind, was my favourite.

Learn Project Planning Management Skills

This site has useful tools (some tools are free, others on trial), for people looking for ways of managing their project, what ever that project might be. There are many approaches to the art of managing a project and all of them will share similarities in their detail. So the delivery of those ideas become the additional benefit to the approach.

So give them a look and see. There’s no affiliation between us at this time, I just like the site layout and their tools seem well formatted.
